Bergader Almkäse cheese slices – Emmentaler.

Independent German cheese maker Bergader has added an Emmentaler cheese to its range of Bergader Almkäse cheese slices.

1st Grade cheese from Dairy Farmers of Britain.

Dairy Farmers of Britain has launched 1st Grade, a new range of cheese that the dairy cooperative says has a revolutionary pack concept. 1st Grade is a carefully selected pre-pack range of four top-quality hard cheeses: mild, mature and ploughman’s vintage Cheddars, plus a Red Leicester.

Bel UK Laughing Cow Extra Light Cheese.

Bel UK has launched a low-fat cheese in snack size portions, adding a 16-portion, 280g pack of The Laughing Cow Extra Light cheese to its popular cheese range.

Scottish Pride Lighter from First Milk.

First Milk is moving into the reduced fat cheese market with the launch of Scottish Pride Lighter. Made with 100% Scottish milk sourced from its members’ farms, Scottish Pride Lighter is the only Scottish origin lighter brand in the sector.

Lactofree, the UK’s first range of lactose-free dairy products from Arla Foods, has now added cheese to its increasing brand portfolio.

Independent Kavli has launched the latest addition to its Primula squeezy cheese range, a Smokey Cheese spread. The squeezy cheese range includes cheese and chive, cheese and ham, cheese and prawn and plain cheese.

Berglandmilch has added Schärdinger Kaisertaler to its cheese range.

Austria’s Berglandmilch has added Schärdinger Kaisertaler to its cheese range – a mild and extra creamy soft cheese with a natural surface, a mild spicy taste and available in a 250g pack.

(1) Wyke Farms has unveiled a new line of redesigned, resealable packaging for the company’s range of farmhouse Cheddar.
