Tine Dairy’s Engfrisk
Tine Dairy has introduced a new kind of hard cheese, Engfrisk, that’s made from milk with a different fat composition. The cows have been fed with selected grass and a newly invented feed (hedder noget andet). Engfrisk contains 19% less fat and 24% less saturated fat than similar kinds of cheese.
