Nokyo Kenko Saie vegetable drinking yogurt

Nokyo Kenko Saien from Nihon Milk Community is a drinkable, low-​fat yogurt with 40g vegetable juice from carrots and eight other vegetables. Containing 20% juice content, each 190g carton has 139 kcal and includes 209mg calcium, 323g potassium, 0.6g fibre and 1,000–3,600mg of beta-​carotene.
