The 14 new brand concepts competing at Drinkpreneur Live in London last week offer an interesting view of the latest thinking on new product development.
Prevailing themes were all natural, no added sugar and calorie consciousness, but there were contrasts too and great variety.
The three winners were Tåpped birch water, Lovo vodka with coconut water and T Sticks, which infuse as you stir. My congratulations to them.
