We’re heading for more than 500 international food and drink industry transactions being recorded on the bevblog.net database this year, with another 43 registered in April.
Among the 43 total, eight were in alcohol, eight in soft drinks, six in ingredients, five in packaging and three in dairy.
21 countries were affected. Uniquely, the United Kingdom featured in more than the United States – 16 to 15. Three further countries were involved in five each – Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands – followed by China and France on three apiece. The United Kingdom was by far the biggest seller, making eight disposals to other countries.
