The company has sold more than two tonnes of marshmallows since then, and is yet another example of a young business that’s doing well thanks to the hard work of its founder and help from Kickstarter.
Shaun Weston caught up with founder Harriot Pleydell-Bouverie at The Speciality & Fine Food Fair in London’s Olympia recently to find out how business is going and what she thinks of her first time at the show.
