US cheese brand Alouette has launched a new range of cheese dips that lends a ‘wholesome, indulgent’ twist to classic dip flavours.
The new products feature the brand’s signature soft cheese, along with crisp and savoury herbs for a trio of ‘well-balanced’ varieties. Each dip contains just 50kcal and 2.5g of fat per serving.
The three variants include onion medley, which is a ‘bold’ blend of onions, leeks and chive combined with decadent creamy cheese; plus Mediterranean vegetable, which contains fire-roasted eggplant, crunchy zucchini, sweet red peppers, savoury herbs and rich cream cheese.
A third flavour – cucumber ranch dip – contains crunchy cucumber pieces and premium soft cheese.
Bolthouse Farms – the juice and spreads brand from Campbell’s – announced the launch of a range of organic dressings, also with a cucumber ranch flavour, earlier today.
Alouette said that its latest line-up pairs well with vegetables or chips. Available for $5.49 at grocery stores across the US – including Harris Teeter, Safeway and Albertsons – the new cheese dips are the latest innovation to join the Alouette family of speciality cheese products, including its garlic and herbs spreadable cheese, individually wrapped Le Petite Fromage and the recently launched spreadable cheddar collection.
