Alpen Porridge pots for on-the-go consumer

Alpen has launched a new range of porridge pots, building on its porridge sachet range that launched at the end of last year.

The new range is available in three variants: Fruit & Nut, Raspberry, Apple & Raisin, and Blueberry, Cranberry & Nuts.

The 60g pots are available in Morrisons and will roll out in all other major UK supermarkets from September. MRRP is £1.19 per pot.

The hot category has seen double-digit growth every year for the last three years (Nielsen scantrack 26.05.12).
