Aptar Food & Beverage sponsors the BIFDAs

FoodBev Media is delighted to announce that the Beverage Innovation Functional Drinks Awards 2012 are being sponsored by Aptar Food + Beverage.

Aptar Food + Beverage’s range of closures for the beverage industry includes the, Original, 1881 Light Original, SimpliDrink, and Activa – suitable for all applications including functional drinks, ready to drink tea & coffee, bottled water, dairy drinks, concentrates and juices.

Joining the awards judging panel is Jean-​Marc Philbois.

Jean-​Marc joined AptarGroup in 2002 in what was then the Seaquist Closures division, where he held various management positions in sales, marketing and operations. He was instrumental in growing the Food + Beverage part of the business in Europe and in particular was behind the development of the successful Original sport cap range.

In January 2010, AptarGroup implemented a strategic realignment of its business lines, forming Aptar Beauty + Home, Aptar Pharma and Aptar Food + Beverage.  Within this new organisation Jean-​Marc became president of global market development for beverage.
