Asda recalls king prawns with garlic dip
Asda is recalling certain date codes of its Asda Hot & Spicy King Prawns with Garlic Mayonnaise Dip because of incorrect allergy labelling.
The product contains milk, which isn’t mentioned on the allergy label or ingredients list. If you’re allergic or intolerant to milk or milk constituents, you’re advised not to eat this product.
The product being recalled is:
- Asda ‘Chosen by You’ Hot & Spicy King Prawns with Garlic Mayonnaise Dip, 240g.
- Use by dates: 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 December 2011.
- Asda has recalled the affected batches, and notified the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their members.
Customer notices will be displayed in stores, explaining why the product is being recalled.
