The launch of Clever Cookies celebrates the winners of Ben & Jerry’s search for a sustainable business model among its fans. The competition, which will run again in 2013, went live across five countries in 2012, with the top entry from each country seeing their business model promoted on-pack.
Rhodri Morgan, Ben & Jerry’s brand manager, said: “We believe that giving back to the community is as important as making great-tasting ice cream. By displaying the winner on packs of Ben & Jerry’s Clever Cookies, we’re using our recognisable ice cream tubs to spread the word about other sustainable business models, while offering retailers something new.”
The packaging format is the same as the standard 500ml Classics range, but will also display its own distinct artwork and carry details of the winning business models.
Ben & Jerry’s Clever Cookies has an RRP of £4.49 per tub in the UK, and each case contains 8x 500ml.
