BWCA welcomes new general manager

The British Water Cooler Association (BWCA) has promoted Phillipa Aktinson-​Clow to the newly created position of general manager.

Chairman John Dundon commented: “We are delighted to announce another major step forward in our continued and rapid progress.

“Over the last two years, the BWCA has developed into a strong, commercial trade association. Looking to the future, the executive council (EC) has agreed to create an impartial administrative and commercial position for the BWCA with the formation of the position of general manager.”

It is intended that this new, commercial role will add credibility and transparency to the management of the association.

“We are delighted to report that this position has been accepted by Phillipa Atkinson-​Clow who has many years experience as secretariat and of the water cooler industry as a whole,” Dundon added.

Phillipa will be working closely with the EC to ensure that members’ interests are fully understood and satisfied as the association continues to develop & strengthen.
