Campbell Soup donates £1m to Feeding America

Campbell will donate one £1m of food to Feeding America to recognise the efforts of the 210,000 members of the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC).

The donation announcement was made at the conclusion of a Stamp Out Hunger food drive ceremony at Campbell's World Headquarters in Camden (US).

Denise Morrison, president and CEO, Campbell Soup Company, said: "As a food company, we recognise that more than 49 million Americans, including 16 million children, are at risk for going hungry on a daily basis."
