Cargill has confirmed the formation of a new business unit, Cargill Specialty Asia.
The company hopes the unit will better serve customers in the Asia-Pacific region with Cargill's portfolio of specialty food ingredients and application capabilities, including texturizers and health and nutrition ingredients.
Yusuf Wazirzada, business unit leader, Cargill Specialty Asia, said: "Our intent is to work more closely with our customers to deliver distinctive value by providing innovative solutions built around Cargill's specialty ingredient portfolio and application capabilities."
