Coca-Cola Hellenic intends to acquire shares in Coke Serbia
Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company SA has announced that one of its subsidiaries has initiated a tender offer to purchase all shares in Coca-Cola HBC Serbia AD that it doesn’t currently own.
Coca-Cola Hellenic indirectly controls 89.1% of the shares of Coca-Cola HBC Serbia AD.
The value of the transaction at the offered price is approximately €16.9m.
