Presenting a wide range of benefits for the dairy industry and the wider, overall, food sector, the UK-based company’s latest product is suitable for a variety of applications, including baked desserts, batter mixes, cake frosting, soups, sauces and salad dressings.
Due to its consistency, the creation can also be processed through pipeline systems by manufacturers who do not have the facilities to handle set soft cheese, but are able to process liquid cream.

DFI’s stirred soft cheese is available in 1-tonne containers.
