Danone Waters UK & Ireland Ltd came in at 15, Danone Baby Nutrition at 17 and Danone Ltd at 25 in the Great Place to Work Institute UK's annual awards.
The rankings are determined through a confidential Great Place to Work survey on workplace culture.
This is the seventh year Danone Waters UK & Ireland Ltd, which owns Evian, Badoit and Volvic in the UK, has received the accolade, and the sixth year for Danone Ltd, producer of Activia, Actimel, Oykos and Danio.
This was the first year Danone Baby Nutrition, whose brands include Cow & Gate and Aptamil, entered the awards.
In a joint statement released by all three companies, Adam Grant, general manager at Danone Waters UK & Ireland, said: "All three Danone UK companies are extremely proud to have reached the top 30. It is incredibly important to us that our employees enjoy working here and feel valued, respected and rewarded. We are delighted that they have shown how fantastic it is to work here."
