DKSH opens food innovation centre in Mumbai

DKSH has invested in a new confectionery and bakery innovation centre in Mumbai to deepen its application expertise.

The facility allows DKSH to predict market trends in the confectionery and bakery industry and to offer concrete solutions needed by the industry, according to the company.

The food innovation centre is the second lab facility the Swiss-headquartered company has opened in Mumbai.

The company has also appointed Zeljko Pockaj effective 1 June as new global head business line food & beverage industry.

He brings over 20 years of experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries and has a track record in growing and developing business.
