Pascal Despraz joins Eden Springs Switzerland, bringing a wealth of management and operational expertise.
With overall responsibility for the Swiss subsidiary, which has a turnover of CHF 20m, Pascal Despraz will manage 78 employees spread over 10 different locations, and will lead the forthcoming launch of the company’s coffee and hot beverages solutions.
A graduate of Ecole Hôtelière de Genève (a hotel management school in Geneva), Despraz has over 20 years’ experience in the food and drink sector, including a number of senior-level positions for la Cave Vaudoise – a wine conglomerate – and most recently, eight years at the SV Group, a Swiss catering company with operations in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
At the SV Group, Despraz rose up the ranks from regional manager to business development manager, and finally operations director, managing more than 200 employees and a turnover of CHF 25m.
