Emmi increases stake in Venchiaredo

Emmi has held a stake in Italian fresh cheese specialist Venchiarado since January 2010, and the positive experience of recent years has prompted it to increase its holding in the Ramuscello-based company from 10% to 26%.

Emmi has been working with Venchiaredo as a minority stakeholder since January 2010, a commercial venture which has seen it take over the sales and marketing operations of the Ramuscello-based, north Italian cooperative.

Emmi increases stakes in Kaiku and Diprola

The more collaboration will allow Emmi to benefit from added synergies along the value chain, notably in the context of the fresh products from Trentinalatte, the company said.
