Facebook COO joins Starbucks’ board of directors

Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg, is set to join the board of directors at coffee chain Starbucks.

Before joining Facebook, Sandberg was VP of online operations and sales at Google. Sandberg has also worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company as chief of staff for the US Treasury under President Clinton, and as an economist for the World Bank.
