Fiji Water donates $500,000 to help flood victims

Fiji Water has donated a total of $500,000 to the Fiji Prime Minister’s National Disaster, Relief and Rehabilitation Fund.

In presenting to Cabinet, President Chief Operating Officer for Fiji Water, John Cochran told Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama that Fiji Water shares the same concern and expressed his sympathies for the challenges that the recent flood has brought upon the people of Fiji.

“In parallel to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund, we want to let you know today that we’ve already embarked on our commitment through the Fiji Water Foundation to invest and provide as much as $500,000.

“We look forward in working together, we couldn’t be more pleased without giving this again,” John Cochran said.

PM Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama thanked John Cochran and Fiji Water for their kind donation which will assist families who have been affected by the floods.
