Ford Farm launches Dorset Rarebit cheese

In the UK, Ford Farm's new cheese variety is called Dorset Rarebit. This latest recipe is a blend of the Farm's Dorset Coastal Cheddar blended with Worcester Sauce, whole grain mustard Real Ale. Available to the trade in cases of 2x 1.2kg half moons.
