Full Motion Beverage to GX Supplements maker

Full Motion Beverage has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with WM Holdings, makers of GX Supplements.

Full Motion Beverage, which recently launched Full Motion Sports to establish itself in the multi-billion dollar sports nutrition market, has signed a letter of intent to acquire WM Holdings and the full line of GX Supplements including GNO.

The LOI is subject to a full due diligence review by the Full Motion Beverage team.
