The Silk Initiative is a Shanghai-based brand strategy and consumer insights consultancy focusing on the food and beverage space. For those of you who are not in China, here’s a snapshot of the latest trends and innovations in the China beverage market spotted on the shelves this month.
They include therapeutic beverages for the throat, a duo of premium waters from Nongfu Springs, as well as a new concept in beverages that draws upon the medicinal properties of sesame paste.
