Heston’s Popping Candy Tart

Waitrose has launched a seasonal Popping Candy Tart, designed by Heston Blumenthal. Dark Belgian chocolate combines with passion fruit puree on a crunchy hazelnut base, while the ‘pop’ comes from the compressed carbon dioxide in the candy pieces on the top. It serves 10 and costs £16.99.
