At the International Food & Drink Event 2015 held at Excel London from 22-25 March, Darren Wood spoke to Melanie Goldsmith of Smith & Sinclair about winning best confectionery innovation at IFE 2015 and their future.
Smith & Sinclair is a small company, having only been in retail since October. They are looking to expand their product both nationally and internationally.
Melanie believes that Smith & Sinclair are at the forefront of a market for alcoholic food.
