Leaner Creamer has added a second hazelnut flavour to its range of natural powdered creamers, joining the original flavour as a convenient alternative to high-in-fat and chemical-laden coffee creamers.
The concept behind Leaner Creamer is to replace hydrogenated and trans-fats in creamers with a healthier alternative. Its unique, proprietary formula includes coconut oil, citrus aurantium extract, hoodia and green tea extract, which work together to help speed the metabolism, aid digestion, speed up the breakdown of lipids including fats and suppress hunger, the brand claimed.
Like Leaner Creamer original, which is finished with a hint of vanilla, the new hazelnut Leaner Creamer is perfect to mix into coffee, tea, smoothies and recipes that call for a creamer. Each 280g bottle is non-dairy with less than 0.05% lactose-free milk derivative, gluten-free and sugar-free.
Ideal for those with lactose intolerance, its powdered form allows it to be conveniently stored at room temperature, with no need to refrigerate, Leaner Creamer said.
Leaner Creamer is a family-owned compan, based in Los Angeles, founded and headed up by Jonathan Kashani. With a background in biology, physiology and medicine, Kashani saw rising obesity rates at first hand, alongside the increasingly ubiquitous use of artificial products such as chemical-filled coffee creamers. Inspired to develop a creamer that was both natural and that helped promote weight management, Kashani developed and launched Leaner Creamer.
