Łomża Jasne beer has been given a new bottle design as its owner Van Pur seeks to premiumise the brand.
Designed by Ardagh Group, the bottle features a slim shape and neck embossed with the Łomża Brewery logo.
Van Pur, which acquired Łomża in 2011, aims to market the beverage as an alternative to both mass market and craft beers.
Van Pur brand marketing manager Maciej Dymalski said the new communication strategy is a response to consumer preferences.
“We embrace the authenticity of traditional beer brewing, which we know guarantees a quality product,” he said. “We don’t mass produce, nor do we over complicate the process as some craft beers do.
“We want to make Łomża the best regional beer in Poland, hence the rebranded image that responds to consumer interest in authentic products.”
Roman Sobecki of Ardagh OEG Design said: “The bottle’s fresh look is achieved using two design techniques: traditional embossing and debossing. It has a 500ml capacity and is tall and imposing, giving it real shelf standout.”
