The new juice will be sold to top kitchens in the UK in cases of 12x 1-litre bottles, to be used in a variety of sweet and savoury dishes.
“We work with chefs around Suffolk and across Cambridgeshire and London to create a number of different, award-winning dishes,” said owner Clive Williamson. “One of our Michelin- chefs told us that he was using our single-varietal juices as ingredients for his dishes. Others were using the apple juice in place of water to create a truly infused flavour.
“We talked to many chefs and realised that saving time and creating great flavours were top on their list of priorities. So, after some more research, it was the British Bramley apple due to its dryness and acidity that came out on top.”
