The In The Raw family of all-natural sweeteners has expanded with the launch of the Monk Fruit In The Raw Bakers Bag, a zero-calorie sweetener created for cooking and baking.
The company claims that it is the only monk fruit product on the market created specifically for baking.
A US distribution roll-out will begin this month with a suggested retail price of $7.99.
