No longer the arena of ‘freaky food hippies’, the food section was a celebration of the new mainstream, with colourful stands and some excellent new product innovation.

This was quite a show and one I would certainly recommend if you’re looking out for the next big thing. A lovely buzzing atmosphere, cheery people, fab ideas and great packaging designs – what more can you ask?
