Nestlé Professional has launched a new Italian-inspired coffee for foodservice operators that it hopes will ’cause a stir amongst espresso drinkers’.
Nescafé Milano Ispirazione Italiana features 100% Arabica coffee that is milled extra finely for a richer, darker coffee experience, the brand said.
With a full-bodied flavour and intense aroma, it is designed to help foodservice operators capitalise on the after-dinner coffee occasion and maximise their customers’ satisfaction in the overall dining experience.
Richard Green, head of beverage solutions for Nestlé Professional, explained further: “We’re committed to helping our customers run simple operations, so they can focus on what will help to grow their business. Our new Nescafé Milano Ispirazione Italiana blend took around two years to develop – and we’re proud of the result!
“From developing the right taste, body and flavour to running simple operations to ensure quality, our Nescafé Milano Ispirazione Italiana was developed with a roast and ground (R&G) experience in mind.
“We benchmarked the espresso against R&G along the process and the result is an espresso served in under ten seconds, with dark-roasted finely ground coffee, a consistent, quality crema and delicious aroma.”
Nestlé Professional has also launched a new all-natural beef stock to its Chef line of products, made with 2.7kg of beef bones in every litre of stock, as well water and carefully selected herbs and vegetables. With a homemade flavour, the beef stock will help professional chefs to save time while ensuring that they still deliver on consistency and quality.
