Olivier Savary has resigned as director of Parmalat SpA.
Billerud has appointed Susanne Lithander as the new CFO and member of the senior management team of Billerud as of 1 September 2011.

A bit more news on the Olivier Savary at Parmalat SpA story. It has also been announced that, following the takeover of Parmalat by Lactalis, Yvon Guérin – currently general manager of Lactalis Lait Crèmerie & Nutrition Division – has been appointed chief executive officer of Parmalat, replacing Enrico Bondi who headed Parmalat after its high profile bankruptcy.
