Britvic appoints Simon Litherland as MD of Britvic Soft Drinks, the company’s GB business, and a member of the group executive committee with effect from 4 October 2011.
Tim Hurrell has announced that he will retire as chief executive of The Co-operative Group’s Food business at the end of the year.
Badger Explorer ASA appoints David Blacklaw as the new CEO effective 5 October 2011.
Sari Lindholm at Huhtamaki has been appointed as senior vice president, human resources, and a member of the group executive team reporting to Jukka Moisio.
Agria Corporation has appointed John Layburn as chief financial officer and Jerry Mao as financial controller.
McCormick & Company has created the new position of chief science officer on its leadership team. Dr Hamed Faridi assumes this role.
