Waitrose has launched Oyster Leaf into its UK supermarkets for the benefit of vegetarian customers 'who secretly want to try the seductive saltiness of an oyster'.

The new Oyster Leaf is a fleshy, green-leafed vegetable that can be used to replace the taste of oysters for those living a vegetarian lifestyle.

Available for the next four to six weeks at £1.99 for a 20g pack.
