Pepsi Bottling Group finalises acquisition of Texas bottler

The Pepsi Bottling Group Inc has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Better Beverages Ltd.
Better Beverages is a Pepsi-Cola and Dr Pepper franchised bottler that serves portions of central Texas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
