PepsiCo declares quarterly dividend
The Board of Directors of PepsiCo, have declared a quarterly dividend of $0.515 per share of PepsiCo common stock.
The dividend is payable January 3, 2012, to shareholders of record on December 2, 2011. This quarterly dividend is a 7% increase vs the comparable year-earlier period.
