PepsiCo extends ongoing business review
PepsiCo’s Board of Directors and management team are extending their ongoing review of the company’s business plan for 2012 and beyond.
PepsiCo chairman and CEO, Indra Nooyi, said: “We continue to take actions to build on our strengths, address near-term challenges and achieve our long term objectives.
“As we have been working through our planning for 2012, we have decided that it is appropriate to extend our ongoing review. We look forward to providing an update to investors, which will include 2012 guidance, early next year.”
