It’s pizza in a cone, from a company appropriately called Coneinn! It’s not actually that new, because the announcement was of five variants to an existing range, but I hadn’t spotted it before.
If you’re looking for something even zanier, I read recently about a restaurant that’s serving only cheese -based dishes on the menu. The strangest item by far was a Roquefort-flavoured ice cream, though not in a cone.
