Premier Tech makes US acquisition
Premier Tech has confirmed it is to acquire vonGAL Corporation.
This company, located in Alabama (US), manufactures and markets high performance rigid packaging palletising solutions to diversified industries.
With this acquisition, Premier Tech’s Industrial Equipment Group (IEG) integrates the renowned expertise of some 80 skilled team members to its existing team of 500 people.
This second manufacturing facility in the US adds to the existing four plants IEG has in North America.
