Pure South Pacific Samoa Water helps with tsunami relief

Pure South Pacific Samoa has provided bottled water to the victims and relief workers of the Samoan tsunamis. Pure South Pacific Samoa owner, Fred Grey, said the company sent nearly 60,000 bottles of water to the areas hardest hit by the 29 September tsunami.
The damage caused by the tsunamis has made safe drinking water scarce for victims and relief workers. Grey said: “In order to keep the after effects of the tsunamis to a minimum, we feel it’s important to do everything we can to provide Samoans with safe drinking water.”
Pure South Pacific Samoa is determined to protect the local environment and communities. Its promise as a business has been to ensure the local population benefits from its efforts. and has chosen to route water supplies to local schools and hospitals rather than export all of it for profit.
Grey is already planning how Pure South Pacific Samoa will be able to further assist not only in the tsunami relief, but also in rebuilding efforts. Its hope is that, through increased production, it will be able to provide more funds for rebuilding in Samoa.
