PureCircle has received a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office for a patent application pertaining to PureCircle’s growing line of natural flavours.
The Notice of Allowance s a milestone element for global protection of PureCircle's intellectual property, covering the unique know-how achieved in PureCircle's proprietary natural flavour manufacturing.
PureCircle’s natural flavours line, first launched in June 2011, has been a major development in the company’s portfolio, as it is designed to work with PureCircle’s entire range of high purity stevia products and other natural sweeteners.
Beyond this patent application, PureCircle has approximately ninety additional patent applications at various stages in the patent review process submitted across global markets.
