Described as a ‘feisty soft drink’, and with the slogan ‘Sass it Up’, Sass brings together apple, passion fruit, blood orange and grape juice, infused with chilli, cardamom, clove, ginger, juniper, liquorice and sarsaparilla.
Sass is aimed at the lunchtime and convenience sector.
The drink made its debut at the the 2014 Glastonbury Festival, as the drink of the Glade Dance tent bar – where its use as a base for cocktails was first demonstrated. Sassy Drinks resident mixologist Michael Stringer has recommended a range of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails on the company’s website and also invited consumers to submit their ideas.
