A new crisp brand called Savoursmiths has been launched in the UK.
Savoursmiths has been launched by Russell Smith Farms based in Cambridgeshire and makes the crisps with potatoes and rapeseed oil, harvested from their own farm.
The range has four flavours in the range such as champers and serrano chilli, truffle and rosemary, parmesan and port; and the Japanese inspired wagyu beef with honey and mustard.
Mike Russell Smith and Colette Cronje Savoursmiths co-founders said: “This is an exciting new venture for us, with the launch of Savoursmiths, we are bringing something original, fun and exciting to the UK snack market.
“Savoursmiths meets consumer demand by introducing an innovative and epicurean offering that is produced with the very finest ingredients – potatoes and rapeseed oil harvested at the family farm, alongside luxurious international ingredients.”
The range has a recommended retail price of £1.50 per 40g bag.
