The new airport lounge is the second outside North America and has opened at Dubai International Terminal 3, Concourse A (dedicated to Emirates Airline’s A380 fleet).
The new lounge opened on schedule on 2 January and follows the successful launch of the first Heineken Airport Lounge last year.
Andrew J Day, group CEO of MMI and ELR, said: “Bringing this premium brand experience to Dubai International with a world-class brand and in an innovative business class lounge style concept is a powerful example of our commitment to delighting passengers and adding new dimensions to the F&B and retail offer at Dubai International.
“This is part of our objective of extending our core skills of managing international F&B brands combined with our travel retail experience into airport food & beverage management.
“Launching and operating two of only four Heineken Airport Lounges in the world is a testament to the fantastic relationship we enjoy with Heineken International and we have worked very hard together to develop this travel market concept as an airport bar, which is an increasingly important showcase for international premium brands.”
