The Fiorelli was sold for a two-month period in autumn 2013 to support Breast Cancer Care. The product and cause were so popular that it has been brought back permanently.
The pasta parcels are made from free-range eggs and filled with a combination of goats’ cheese and beetroot marinated in a pomegranate and mint relish. It’s presented in a 250g pack that serves two.
“We are so grateful to Ugo Foods for supporting Breast Cancer Care with their ‘pink’ pasta,” said Sara Rees, head of corporate fundraising at Breast Cancer Care. “Every year in the UK, 55,000 people face a diagnosis of breast cancer. We want to be there for each and every one of them, but we can only do that with the support of companies like Ugo Foods.”
Available in Waitrose stores and online at Oacdo, and costs £3.49.
