According to a company release, the new pastes and seasonings will give manufacturers the flexibility to create bespoke profiles or deliver traditional favourites in items such as wraps, baguettes, flatbread, twists and naan.
The range features clean label cuisine pastes that are slow cooked, allowing for flavour retention when the bread is baked. Easy-to-use, with no additional processing required, they can be simply added to, or spread on top of, dough to deliver flavour and colour.
Available in BBQ, Garlic & Herb, Mediterranean, Chilli and Olive, the pastes can be used alone or blended with Synergy’s top notes or seasonings for unique flavour combinations.
The range also includes four new tomato pastes containing different top note flavours.
