Tetra Pak China to expand production at Hohhot Plant
Tetra Pak China has officially announced that it will set up a second product line at its Hohhot converting plant.
With an investment of approximately €53m, this new production line will contribute an additional production capacity of 10bn cartons a year.
Faced with a fast-growing Chinese market, Tetra Pak China’s extended production capacity will add to its comprehensive strength to provide better service for its customers.
Hudson Lee, president of Tetra Pak China, was quoted as saying that the vigourous Chinese market is one of Tetra Pak’s most important strategic markets.
