The Coconut Collaborative will add a third dessert line to its product portfolio with the launch of a dairy-free lemon pot.
Tesco will be the first supermarket to list the new product, which went into 200 stores this month. The puddings are made with coconut cream and real lemon juice – a healthier alternative packed with the goodness of coconuts and with just 125kcal per 45g serving.
It is the third dessert line from The Coconut Collaborative, which was co-founded by Gü founder James Averdieck.
He said: “We believe there’s a gap in the market for great tasting, free-from desserts which still feel indulgent. Our choc pots in particular have proved a real winner with consumers since they launched last year and adding a lemon line seemed like the natural next move for us. As with the chocolate pots, they combine great taste, a beautiful creamy texture and the healthy benefits of coconut.”
Little Lemon Temptations will be available with a recommended retail price of £2.50 for a pack of four.
It joins The Coconut Collaborative’s full range of products, which also includes yogurt and frozen coconut products.
